CTRL UL101 For Condition Based Monitoring

The CTRL UL101 is used to detect early signs of failure in mechanical systems such as gearboxes, motors, bearings, and more. In addition, the UL101 Ultrasonic Sensor helps to determine whether a bearing or gearbox is under-lubricated, properly lubricated, or over-lubricated.

The UL101 can be used in conjunction with the SoundCTRL Signal Analysis System for recording, storing, and analyzing ultrasonic signals. It can be used as a stand-alone indicator or in conjunction with other predictive maintenance technologies such as infrared or vibration analysis.
