Keith L. Davis Named President and Chief Operating Officer of CTRL Systems

CTRL Systems, Inc. (Westminster, Maryland) - CTRL Systems announces the appointment of Keith L. Davis as President and Chief Operating Officer for the company. In his position, Mr. Davis will have responsibility for all operations of the company, including execution of expansion plans into new markets.

Mr. Davis has held key management responsibilities with several companies, including Black & Decker Corporation, Ward Machinery, Inc., and Jefferson Smurfit, Inc. Most recently, he was President/Chief Operating Officer of TVI Corporation in Glenn Dale, Maryland, a manufacturer of quick erect shelters and signage, chemical/biological casualty decontamination systems and thermal targets.
