CTRL Systems, Inc. (Westminster, Maryland) - CTRL Systems announced today that its innovative technology is being integrated through a turnkey implementation program by a significant number of power generation plants in China.

For the past year, CTRL and participants from TuoKeTuo Power Plant, ShanDu Power Plant and others have collaborated to identify critical areas of application for CTRL proprietary technology. On-site testing, documentation, and quantification of potential uses and cost benefits led to the adoption of CTRL products and services as a standard practice for this industry. In order to meet the specific needs of the power generation industry, CTRL established a new model, testing kit CTRL UL-HQ.

On-site services are provided in China by the CTRL Service Center, located in Beijing. This service center is staffed with engineers for the implementation of CTRL products and services, and continued marketing, training, and sales activities within China. "We have a fully staffed service team in place to support our clients in China, which ensures all will benefit from the integration of CTRL technology," said Dr. Xinmin (Jimmy) Li, Director of CTRL China Business. "The Beijing office will be the first of several to meet our growing markets and customer demands."

Mr. Aijun Wang, an engineer supervisor of ShanDu Power Plant, owned by China HuaNeng Group states, "Our maintenance teams are using the CTRL UL-HQ on a daily basis. We have tried several other devices for our applications, but only the UL-HQ met our team's requirements. Thanks to CTRL, we are now well-equipped to detect leaks, monitor valves, and diagnose the critical equipment for which my team is responsible."

CTRL now adds power generation to its expanding list of industries in China. "We recognized the need for local customer relationships for effective implementation of our technology," stated Bob Roche, CEO of CTRL Systems. "I am confident this announcement from Dr. Li and his team is the first of many."

CTRL Systems, Inc. develops implementation programs for its innovative non-destructive testing technology. The technology is designed and manufactured by CTRL and is provided through various kit and model configurations like the UL101 and UL-HQ. Supporting components include the SoundCTRL Signal Analysis Software and PowerBeam 300 for the critical testing in a variety of industries such as aerospace, aviation, petro-chemical, pulp & paper, railroad, automotive, and power generation.
